Ad-hoc refuelling
aster offers 7 days a week service: let us know the IATA/ICAO code, the ETA/ETD and the aircraft type. Should we not already have the price, aster would then contact their suppliers and request an offer. aster then passes on their best offer to you, also listing any applicable taxes and fees.
It is at this stage, that asters knowledge and understanding of the jetfuel markets in receiving the best possible price assists the customer. If you accept the offer, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from aster with all details such as supplier, intoplane co. & tel. no., a/c reg., a/c type, location, ETA, ETD and agreed price and any other relevant information. Our supplier also receives from us a refuelling authorization with all details of the aircraft to be refueled.
aster will never refuel or offer you a price via/from another reseller without informing you, and specifically requested.
Contract refuelling
Let us know at which airport(s) you would like to receive an offer from us. It is then up to you to decide if you would like aster to inform their supplier(s) to refuel part, or your whole fleet on credit – naturally without any refuelling obligation on your behalf. We will then send you a monthly price-list of your contracted locations.
